Only registered users can enter cases. If you requested to be registered on the platform and have completed the general center information survey, you will have received an email with your username and password. If you have not received the email, check your SPAM mailbox or contact us.
If you have received you credentials, click on the icon to submit your cases. You will be redirected to the access form, where you must identify yourself. Once identified, you can submit your cases. Once again, please ensure that you have read the study protocol and instructions before starting.
